Mercedes-Benz S-Class W221 & CL-Class C216 – Front Airmatic Strut Set (4Matic)
This listing covers a complete, side-specific front Airmatic strut set for Mercedes-Benz W221 S-Class and C216 CL-Class models equipped with 4Matic AWD. These struts are geometrically unique per side to clear the front drive axles and cannot be interchanged.

Each strut combines a gas-pressure shock absorber with an air spring bladder, supporting vehicle weight and dynamically adjusting ride height. Over time, the air bladder, seals, or shock body degrade, causing air loss and reduced damping performance.
Compatibility note: These struts are designed exclusively for 4Matic AWD models with Airmatic DC. They will not fit standard RWD variants.

- Rough or bouncy ride from a worn shock or leaking air bladder
- Air compressor running continuously to compensate for air loss
