Warranty Coverage Period
This warranty covers all eligible products purchased through our website for 6 months from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
Your warranty protects you against:
Manufacturing defects present at the time of production
Material failures caused by substandard components
Production errors affecting the part’s functionality
Premature failure under normal operating conditions
Warranty Remedies
If a covered defect arises, Europarts360 will, at its discretion, provide one of the following remedies:
Replacement part (preferred, when available)
Store credit equal to the purchase value
Repair, if feasible

This warranty excludes the following:
Installation & Misuse
Incorrect installation or improper fitment
Damage resulting from installation errors
Accidents, abuse, or negligent handling
Impact damage from road debris or collisions
Unauthorized modifications or alterations
Normal Wear & Consumables
Routine wear and tear from normal use
Consumable items such as filters, brake pads, bulbs, fluids, and belts
Cosmetic issues including scratches, fading, and minor dents
Environmental & Special Use
Weather-related damage or corrosion from road salt/chemicals
Damage from extreme temperatures
Use in racing, competition, or commercial/fleet vehicles
Issues arising from performance modifications
Compatibility Issues
Incorrect parts ordered by the customer
Fitment problems caused by pre-existing vehicle modifications
⚠️ Professional Installation Required
This warranty is valid only if parts are installed by a qualified automotive technician. DIY (Do-It-Yourself) installations will void the warranty. Please retain your professional installation receipt as proof.
How to File a Warranty Claim

Please prepare the following before contacting us:
- Order number
- Vehicle details: Year, make, model, engine, and last 8 digits of VIN
- Detailed description and photos/videos of the issue
- Installation details: Date and professional installer/shop name

Step 3: Claim Review & Approval
Our team will review your claim and notify you of the decision. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all returns and expires 30 days after issuance.
Return Process for Approved Claims
Return Shipping
- Domestic Customers: Europarts360 covers return shipping costs for approved defective parts.
- International Customers: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs, and duties.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on claims deemed non-defective.
Return Requirements
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the return package.
- Use original or equivalent protective packaging.
- Include all original components and hardware.
- Parts must be clean and free from repair attempts or modifications.
Important Terms & Conditions
- Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the part. We do not cover labor costs, diagnostic fees, fluid replacement, vehicle downtime, or any consequential damages.
- Non-Transferable: The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
- Replacement Part Warranty: A replacement part is covered for the remainder of the original 6-month warranty period.
- Final Decision: Europarts360 reserves the right to inspect all returned parts and make the final decision on all warranty claims.
