2. Currency & Pricing

Our storefront prices are displayed in AED by default. You can view prices in USD, EUR, or JPY using the currency selector located at the bottom of the site. All transactions are finalized in the selected currency. Please note: international card charges may apply if using a card issued in a currency different from the checkout currency.

3. Payment Authorization & Processing

Upon placing your order, we temporarily authorize (hold) the payment amount on your card. The charge is captured once your order is confirmed and dispatched. Orders may be reviewed for additional verification purposes—especially for high-value or international transactions—to ensure security and prevent fraud.

4. Pricing Errors

In the rare event of a product price being listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount. However, if you purchased the item before the error was discovered, we may honor the sale at the lower price at our discretion.

5. Payment Timing

Immediate capture: For most orders, funds are captured immediately after order confirmation and once shipping is initiated.

Bank transfers: Processing may take 2–5 business days. Orders will only proceed once payment is cleared.

9. Refunds & Returns
