No! This is a critical distinction. This pad set (4G0698451L) is engineered strictly for Audi models equipped with the standard High-Carbon Cast Iron (Steel) brake rotors. If your RS6 or RS7 was optioned with the massive Carbon Ceramic braking system (identifiable by dark, crackle-finish rotors and massive calipers), these pads will absolutely not fit, and the friction compound would destroy your highly expensive rotors.

2. Can I install these myself with standard hand tools?

Mechanically, yes, but electronically, no. The C7-generation Audi A6/A7 platform utilizes an Electronic Parking Brake (EPB). Before you can physically push the rear caliper pistons back to fit the thick new brake pads, you must use an OBD2 diagnostic tool (such as VCDS or OBDeleven) to command the electronic parking brake motors to retract. Attempting to force the pistons back with a C-clamp without retracting the motors first will permanently destroy the electronic calipers.

3. Do I need to replace the wear sensor? Can't I just reuse the old one?

If your dashboard brake warning light has already illuminated, the sacrificial tip of your old electronic wear sensor has physically ground away against the brake rotor, permanently breaking its electrical circuit. You must install the brand-new sensor included in this kit to successfully clear the dashboard warning.

It is highly recommended. The aggressive friction compounds used in modern Audis usually carve deep grooves and a pronounced outer "lip" into the iron rotors over time.
