Genuine OEM Exhaust & Cooling System Parts

Cooling is the system that punishes neglect hardest in this region. Gulf ambient temperatures mean radiators, hoses, expansion tanks and water pumps all operate closer to their design limits than the European engineering case assumed — a hose that lasts eight years in Germany routinely fails in four in Dubai. Plastic and rubber components age on a calendar basis here regardless of mileage.

We supply genuine OEM radiators, water pumps, thermostats, coolant housings, hoses, intercoolers and exhaust components across every marque we serve, matched to engine code rather than model name. Send us your VIN and we will confirm before you order.

What Fails and What It Costs to Ignore

Plastic coolant housings seep before they warn you. On BMW B48 and B58, Mercedes M276 and M278, and several VW Group engines, the coolant distributor or thermostat housing sits in the engine vee and weeps onto the block long before a temperature warning or level light appears. The first evidence is usually a sweet smell and a slowly dropping expansion tank.

Electric water pumps have an interval, not a lifespan. On BMW N52, N54, N55 and N20 engines the electric pump is a defined replacement item. Proactive replacement costs a fraction of the head damage a failure causes.

Access dominates the bill. On V8, V12 and W12 engines, and on mid-engine cars, reaching the cooling system is most of the labour. That is the argument for replacing hoses, clamps, O-rings and the expansion tank while the area is already open rather than returning for each item separately.

Secondary circuits get forgotten. Supercharged and turbocharged cars carry intercooler circuits with their own electric pumps, separate from the main cooling loop and frequently overlooked until they fail.

Coolant specification is not interchangeable. Mixing coolant types is a common cause of premature water pump seal failure. Use the specification the engine calls for.

FAQ

I can smell coolant but the gauge is normal. That is the typical early presentation of a plastic housing or hose seep. The temperature warning arrives well after the leak starts — investigate now rather than waiting for it.

Milky residue in the coolant — is it the head gasket? Not always. On some engines, notably the Maserati 3.0 V6, an oil-to-coolant heat exchanger failure produces the same symptom and is a far less severe repair. Read our guide on milky coolant and heat exchanger failure →

Should I replace hoses preventively? In this climate, yes — particularly when the area is already open for other work. Replace clamps and O-rings with the hose rather than reusing them.

Frequently Asked Questions

    • Genuine Parts: These are the exact components installed at the factory, arriving in the original vehicle manufacturer’s branded packaging (e.g., Porsche or BMW).
    • OEM Parts: These are produced by the same manufacturers that supply the car brands (e.g., Bosch, Brembo, Lemförder) but are sold in the supplier’s own packaging, often at a more competitive price.
    • Aftermarket Parts: These are third-party components designed to meet or exceed original specifications.
