Genuine OEM Fuel System Parts for European Cars

Modern European engines run direct injection at pressures that leave no margin for approximate components. A fuel pump delivering slightly low pressure, or an injector with a marginal spray pattern, produces symptoms that get blamed on ignition, sensors or the turbocharger long before anyone looks at the fuel side.

We supply genuine OEM fuel pumps, sender assemblies, injectors, filters, pressure regulators and rails across every marque we serve, matched to engine code and production date rather than model name. Send us your VIN and we will confirm before you order.

Fuel pumps & sender assemblies — in-tank low-pressure pumps, high-pressure direct injection pumps, and the sender units that report fuel level. A failing low-pressure pump produces hesitation under load, lean misfires or a crank-but-no-start condition; a failing high-pressure pump on a direct-injection engine typically sets a fuel pressure fault and pulls the engine into limp mode. Sender units fail separately from the pump they sit alongside — an erratic or stuck fuel gauge is usually the sender, not the pump, and does not require replacing the whole assembly on every platform. Injectors — direct-injection engines are sensitive to injector condition, and a marginal injector produces a misfire that is regularly misdiagnosed as an ignition coil fault. On the Audi R8 and other 4.2 FSI V8 applications, a cold-start misfire is characteristically an injector rather than coils — replacing coils first is a common and wasted expense. Fuel filters — on diesel engines particularly, filter condition directly affects high-pressure pump life. A restricted filter starves the pump, and pump failure sends debris through the entire injection system. Replace on schedule rather than on symptom. Filters → · Service kits →

Rails, regulators & lines — fuel rails, pressure regulators, sensors and high-pressure lines. High-pressure lines are single-use on many applications and must not be reused once disturbed.

Diagnose Before You Order

A misfire is not always ignition. Coils are the first thing replaced and frequently the wrong thing. On direct-injection engines, check injector condition and fuel pressure before ordering a coil pack.

Check battery and charging health first. Low voltage produces fuel pump and pressure faults among a wider cascade of codes that clears entirely once voltage is restored.

An erratic fuel gauge is usually the sender. On many platforms it is replaceable separately from the pump — worth confirming before ordering a complete assembly.

Heat matters in the Gulf. In-tank pumps rely on surrounding fuel for cooling, so habitually running the tank low shortens pump life materially here compared with temperate climates.

FAQ

My car misfires on cold start — coils or injectors? On direct-injection engines, characteristically injectors. Coils are the first thing most people replace and frequently the wrong thing.

My fuel gauge reads erratically. Usually the sender unit rather than the pump. On many platforms it is available separately — send us the VIN before ordering a complete assembly.

Does running the tank low damage the pump? In-tank pumps are cooled by the surrounding fuel, so habitually running low shortens pump life — and materially more so in Gulf ambient temperatures.

Do I need to replace the fuel filter with the pump? On diesel systems especially, yes. A restricted filter is often what killed the pump, and fitting a new pump behind an old filter repeats the failure.

How quickly will my order ship? In-stock orders dispatch from our UAE or USA warehouse with full tracking. For assistance, contact us on +1 818-851-0770, WhatsApp +971 568 908 800, or info@europarts360.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

    • Genuine Parts: These are the exact components installed at the factory, arriving in the original vehicle manufacturer’s branded packaging (e.g., Porsche or BMW).
    • OEM Parts: These are produced by the same manufacturers that supply the car brands (e.g., Bosch, Brembo, Lemförder) but are sold in the supplier’s own packaging, often at a more competitive price.
    • Aftermarket Parts: These are third-party components designed to meet or exceed original specifications.
