Lamborghini Urus Parts, Exhaust & Body Kit — Genuine & OEM
The Lamborghini Urus merges supercar performance with SUV practicality, powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8. Propelling a vehicle of this mass to those speeds generates immense thermal and mechanical load, which makes routine maintenance more consequential here than on a lighter car. Our catalogue covers the Urus, Urus S, Performante and the Urus SE plug-in hybrid.
Lamborghini Urus Exhaust
The Urus runs a quad-outlet, electronically valved exhaust system — the valves open and close to shift the car between a quieter cruising note and the full V8 soundtrack Lamborghini is known for. A few things matter when sourcing exhaust components:
- Valve actuators are a common failure point. If the exhaust note gets stuck "open" (loud at all times) or "closed" (unusually quiet even under hard acceleration), the electronic valve actuator — not the exhaust system itself — is usually the first thing to check.
- Catalytic converters are emissions-specific and model-year dependent. The Urus, Urus S, and Performante don't all share identical catalytic converter specifications, and substituting the wrong one can trigger persistent emissions fault codes.
- OEM vs. performance exhaust: a genuine replacement restores the factory valve-controlled sound profile exactly; aftermarket performance exhausts change that character deliberately, which is a legitimate choice but a different one — confirm which you actually want before ordering.
Send us your VIN and model year to confirm the correct exhaust component for your specific Urus.
Lamborghini Urus Body Kit & Body Parts
Body components on the Urus vary meaningfully by trim — the standard Urus, Urus S, and Performante carry different bumper designs, side skirt profiles, and in some cases different materials (carbon fiber trim is more extensive on Performante models). A few things worth knowing before ordering:
- Trim-specific fitment. A Performante-spec front bumper or splitter will not necessarily bolt onto a standard Urus without additional mounting or wiring changes (particularly around sensors integrated into the bumper for parking assist and radar-based driver aids).
- Genuine vs. aftermarket body kits. Genuine Lamborghini body components are engineered to match the factory's panel gaps, sensor cutouts, and paint-ready preparation exactly. Aftermarket body kits can vary significantly in fitment accuracy and material quality — confirm compatibility with your specific trim and model year before ordering.
- Sensor and radar integration. Many Urus body panels house parking sensors, radar modules, or wiring for adaptive features — replacing a panel isn't always a purely cosmetic swap, so confirm what's integrated into the specific part you need.
Send us your VIN and trim level and we'll confirm correct body kit fitment before you order.
Known Service Priorities
Air suspension is the dominant ownership cost. Struts, compressor, valve block and ride height sensors form one connected system. The failure chain is consistent: a strut develops a leak, the compressor runs continuously to compensate, and the compressor burns out second. If the vehicle settles overnight or the compressor runs longer than it used to, act immediately — catching the strut early often saves the compressor. Replace struts in axle pairs. In GCC heat the compressor works considerably harder than the European design case assumed.
Carbon ceramic brakes are standard. Conventional pad compounds destroy the ceramic friction layer within a single service interval, and the discs cannot be resurfaced — replacement is the only remedy, at many times the cost of the pads responsible. Never fit a steel-disc pad on the assumption that the caliper dictates the compound.
Platform sharing. The Urus is built on MLB Evo alongside the Audi Q7 and Q8, Bentley Bentayga and Porsche Cayenne. Some components cross-reference and many do not, particularly anything tuned per marque. Verify by part number or VIN rather than assuming platform sharing means interchangeability.
Cooling. A heavy SUV working hard in Gulf traffic asks a great deal of its cooling and charge-air packages. Radiator stacks block with dust between the fins, producing overheating that clears on the move — inspect the stack before condemning a thermostat or pump.

- Genuine Parts: These are the exact components installed at the factory, arriving in the original vehicle manufacturer’s branded packaging (e.g., Porsche or BMW).
- OEM Parts: These are produced by the same manufacturers that supply the car brands (e.g., Bosch, Brembo, Lemförder) but are sold in the supplier’s own packaging, often at a more competitive price.
- Aftermarket Parts: These are third-party components designed to meet or exceed original specifications.
