No. The front steering geometry on these platforms utilizes a completely symmetrical layout. This specific part number fits interchangeably on either the Left or Right front spindle hub carriers. Sourcing them in pairs as a matching axle set is highly recommended to ensure unified rolling resistance and uniform suspension balance across the front end.
Does this fit both standard Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) and 4MATIC models?
Yes. On the W166 and X166 chassis, Mercedes-Benz standardized the front spindle and steering knuckle layout.
