At EuroParts360, we're committed to your complete satisfaction. Our comprehensive return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and give you confidence when purchasing automotive parts. This policy applies to all customers, including those in the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), United States (USA), United Arab Emirates (UAE), Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and worldwide.

 

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In their original, unused, and uninstalled condition.

  • In the original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (your order number or invoice).

  • Free from any installation attempts, modifications, or signs of use.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety, compatibility, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Custom-Manufactured or Special-Order Parts

  • Opened, Used, or Installed Components

  • Items Damaged by Incorrect Installation or Misuse

  • Items Returned Without Original Packaging or Proof of Purchase

 

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

Email our support team at info@europarts360.com with the following information:

  • Your full Order Number

  • The Part Number(s) you wish to return

  • A clear reason for the return (e.g., ordered the wrong part, changed mind)

  • Required for Damaged/Incorrect Items: Please attach clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect part received.

Step 2: Await Approval & Instructions

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Item

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

  • Clearly write the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the shipping box.

  • Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Step 4: Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 10 business days. After the inspection is complete and the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

 

Shipping Costs & Fees

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the full cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid return label.

  • Customer Initiated: For all other returns (e.g., you ordered the wrong part, no longer need it), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are handled based on the customer's region:

  • UK & EU Customers (Statutory Right to Cancel): If you cancel your order within the 14-day statutory period, we are legally required to refund the cost of the Standard Shipping option. We are not required to refund any charges paid for premium or express delivery upgrades.

  • All Other Regions (USA, UAE, GCC, Worldwide): Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may be applied depending on the customer's location and the reason for the return:

  • UK & EU Customers: No restocking fee will be applied to any item returned within the 14-day statutory cancellation window. 

  • All Other Regions (USA, UAE, GCC, World Wide): A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for returns that are not a result of our error.

 

Refunds

Refund Method and Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Once your return is approved, please allow with in 10 business days for us to process the refund. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been processed. Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit to your account.

Partial Refunds & Rejected Returns

  • Partial refunds may be issued if an item is returned outside the 14-day window, is not in its original condition, or is missing parts or packaging.

  • If a return is rejected upon inspection (e.g., it has been installed, is damaged, or is a non-returnable item), we will notify you via email and ship the item back to you at your expense.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

You must report any issues with damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery for priority handling.

  1. Email info@europarts360.com immediately.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged box, shipping label, and the affected item(s).

  3. We will arrange for an immediate replacement or a full refund and will cover all associated shipping costs.

 

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item you need and, in parallel, returning the original item for a refund by following our standard process. This ensures you receive your replacement part without delay.

 

Region-Specific Policies


European Union (EU)

In compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU (the Consumer Rights Directive), customers have a 14-day "right of withdrawal" (cooling-off period) for non-faulty goods.

  • The original standard shipping fee is refunded for all canceled distance sales.

  • No restocking fee is applied to returns made within the 14-day statutory period.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

 

United Kingdom (UK)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have a 14-day "right to cancel" for orders placed online or by distance means.

  • The original standard shipping fee is refunded for all canceled distance sales.

  • No restocking fee is applied to returns made within the 14-day statutory period.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

 

Vehicle Compatibility & Installation

  • Before You Order: To ensure you get the right part, please contact our technical team with your vehicle's VIN, year, make, model, and engine specifications. We are happy to confirm compatibility before you purchase.

  • After You Buy: If a part is confirmed to be correct for your vehicle but does not solve your mechanical issue, it can be returned within 14 days only if it remains completely unused and uninstalled. Standard return shipping costs and restocking fees will apply.

  • Installation: We strongly recommend professional installation for all parts. Damage resulting from incorrect installation will void the item's return eligibility. Once a part has been installed or an installation has been attempted, it cannot be returned.
