Fitment (verified):
- Audi R8 5.2L V10 (2010-2023) — chassis 422, 423, 427, 429, 4S3, 4S9, 4SP, 4SR
- Lamborghini Huracán (2015-2024)

- Lamborghini Aventador (2012-2022)
- Interchange: 420199381Q, 420199381S, 420-199-381-AA.
- Symptoms of failure: Lurching when shifting gears, a clunk under acceleration or braking, and excessive engine vibration through the cabin.
- Note: The same part number is used on both sides. Replace both mounts together — a failed mount on one side accelerates wear on the other. Related part: transmission mount 420399419D.
