Porsche Panamera Parts | Genuine OEM — 970, 971, 972

OEM Porsche Panamera Parts

The Panamera is Porsche's four-door grand tourer, combining sports car dynamics with executive-saloon mass — a combination that makes it demanding on brakes, suspension and cooling. Our catalogue covers the 970 (2009–2016), 971 (2016–2023) and the current 972, including 4S, GTS, Turbo, Executive long-wheelbase, Sport Turismo and E-Hybrid variants.

Every part is matched to chassis code, engine code and production date. The 971 moved to the MSB platform shared with the Bentley Continental GT, so some components cross-reference there while many are Porsche-specific. Send us your VIN and we will confirm before you order.

Generations of the Panamera

970 (2009–2016) — The original, with V6, V8 and Turbo variants plus the S E-Hybrid. Air suspension optional, PDK dual-clutch on most variants. The 2013 facelift revised the front end and added the Executive long-wheelbase. Recurring work centres on air suspension, coolant pipes and thermostat housings, and PDK fluid service.

971 (2016–2023) — MSB platform shared with the Bentley Continental GT, with three-chamber air suspension, rear-axle steering optional, and the Sport Turismo estate body added. E-Hybrid variants expanded considerably. Driver assistance hardware is model-year specific.

972 (2023–) — The current car with revised suspension technology and expanded hybrid options. Service parts remain closely tied to model year; VIN confirmation is the reliable route.

About Panamera Parts

Air suspension. On air-sprung cars this is the dominant ownership cost. Struts, compressor, valve block, air lines and ride height sensors form one connected system rather than four independent corners. The failure chain is consistent: a strut develops a leak, the compressor runs continuously to compensate, and the compressor burns out second. If the car settles overnight, rises slowly, or the compressor runs longer than it used to, act immediately — catching the strut early often saves the compressor. Replace struts in axle pairs. In GCC heat the compressor works considerably harder than the European design case assumed. Air suspension was optional on the 970 — confirm before ordering. PDK transmission. Most Panameras use the PDK dual-clutch, which carries a defined fluid and filter service interval — it is not lifetime-fill, and unlike a torque-converter automatic it will not quietly absorb a skipped service. Jerky low-speed take-up, shudder pulling away from rest, and hesitation between first and second are the early warnings, and a fluid and filter service at that stage costs a fraction of clutch pack or mechatronic work. PDK fluid is specification-specific and not interchangeable with ATF. Some variants use a torque-converter automatic instead — confirm which your car carries before ordering. Brakes. Two tonnes of car with sports car pace makes brakes a genuine consumable. Specification varies by variant — 4S, GTS and Turbo all differ — and Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) were optioned on higher variants. PCCB requires ceramic-specific compounds: conventional pads destroy the friction layer within a single service interval and the discs cannot be resurfaced. On E-Hybrid cars regenerative braking means the friction brakes work less and corrode more, so discs frequently fail on corrosion rather than wear. The wear sensor is single-use. Cooling. Coolant pipes and thermostat housings are the recurring cooling issue, seeping long before any temperature warning appears — a sweet smell and a slowly dropping expansion tank are the first evidence. On V8 cars the hardware sits in the engine vee where access dominates the labour, which is the argument for replacing hoses, clamps and O-rings while the area is already open. Turbocharged cars run charge-air cooling alongside the main circuit, and both work harder in Gulf ambient temperatures than the design case assumed. Coolant parts → · Radiators → · Intercoolers →

Suspension bushings. Beyond the air springs, control arm bushings carry a heavy car and wear on a schedule set by mass rather than mileage — a knock over expansion joints, then vague on-centre steering, then inner-edge tyre wear misdiagnosed as alignment. A four-wheel alignment is required afterwards, and rear-axle steering cars require the actuator to be accounted for. Control arms → · Wheel hubs & bearings →

Filters and service consumables. Filters follow the engine family rather than the model year. Order the complete service kit — the oil filter housing O-ring and sump plug sealing washer are single-use and the items most often missing mid-job. Cabin filters in Gulf dust deserve a shorter interval than the book figure. Air filters → · Oil filters → · Service kits →

Electrical, sensors and hybrid. Check battery and charging health before condemning any module — low voltage on a car with this parasitic load produces a multi-module cascade including air suspension errors, and it clears once voltage is restored. For E-Hybrid variants, battery-circuit coolant pumps, charging port assemblies and high-voltage components are model-year specific — send the VIN rather than ordering from a model-year match. Genuine Panamera Accessories

We supply genuine and OEM trim, body and lighting components for the Panamera, Executive and Sport Turismo. Lighting and bumper parts differ across generations and facelifts, and long-wheelbase and Sport Turismo bodies carry their own panels — send your VIN with any body or trim enquiry. FAQ

My Panamera settles overnight. An air strut leaking down, in almost every case. The compressor failure that often follows is a consequence. Replace the strut early, in axle pairs.

My car shudders pulling away from rest. On a PDK that is the classic early clutch or fluid signal. Service the fluid and filter now rather than monitoring.

Do Panamera parts fit a Bentley Continental GT? Some 971-era components do, since both use MSB. Many do not, particularly anything tuned or trimmed per marque. Verify by part number or VIN.

Does my car have PCCB? Ceramics were optional on higher variants. It matters absolutely, since conventional pads destroy ceramic discs. Check the build specification or send us the VIN.

How quickly will my order ship? In-stock orders dispatch from our UAE or USA warehouse with full tracking.

Frequently Asked Questions

    • Genuine Parts: These are the exact components installed at the factory, arriving in the original vehicle manufacturer’s branded packaging (e.g., Porsche or BMW).
    • OEM Parts: These are produced by the same manufacturers that supply the car brands (e.g., Bosch, Brembo, Lemförder) but are sold in the supplier’s own packaging, often at a more competitive price.
    • Aftermarket Parts: These are third-party components designed to meet or exceed original specifications.
