EuroParts360 supplies parts for every generation of the Defender — the classic 90 and 110, and the modern L663 in 90, 110 and 130 forms. Our inventory serves owners, independent workshops and enthusiasts undertaking restoration or expedition preparation.
The two eras are entirely different vehicles. The classic Defender is a body-on-frame utility vehicle with mechanical simplicity; the L663 is a monocoque D7x platform with sophisticated electronics, optional air suspension and Ingenium or BMW-sourced powertrains. Nothing meaningful carries across. Send us your VIN and we will confirm before you order.
Genuine parts are supplied by the factory in Land Rover packaging, offering complete assurance of specification and traceability — particularly relevant on newer L663 models with complex electronic and suspension systems.
OEM parts are manufactured by the same suppliers that produce for Land Rover directly, sharing material quality, design and manufacturing tolerances without the branded packaging. For scheduled maintenance and most repairs this is the sensible route.
Check active recalls against your VIN before purchase or service. Oil filter housing and cam carrier recalls for fire risk are active on specific VIN ranges, and the widely reported windshield cracking issue on 2020–2024 cars — subject to US class action in 2024 — should also be confirmed by VIN. Early 2020–2022 examples are now outside factory warranty and entering independent service.
Air suspension, where fitted, is one connected system: a leaking strut makes the compressor run continuously until it burns out. Catch the strut early and you often save the compressor. Replace struts in axle pairs. The standard coil setup is a genuine cost advantage — confirm which your vehicle has.
Pivi Pro software should be verified before diagnosing electronic faults on early cars. Check battery and charging health before condemning any module.
The OCTA V8 uses the BMW S68 rather than the legacy AJ133 supercharged unit — different service parts entirely.
Axle seals, swivel hubs, steering components and chassis hardware are the recurring items. Corrosion is a genuine consideration on vehicles from wetter climates. Many components are now superseded — send us the OEM part number or VIN and we will give you an honest assessment and a realistic estimate rather than taking an order we cannot fulfil.
