OEM Mercedes-Benz E-Class Parts

The E-Class is the executive saloon at the centre of the Mercedes range and one of the most actively serviced European cars anywhere. Our catalogue covers the W211, W212 and W213 generations plus the current W214, across saloon, estate, coupé and cabriolet bodies, the AMG variants, and the plug-in hybrid models.

Every part is matched to chassis code, engine code and production date. On the E-Class that matters more than most, because the car has carried an unusually wide spread of engines within each generation — an M274 and an M276 in the same W213 body take different filters, cooling components and service kits. Send us your VIN and we will confirm before you order.

Mercedes-Benz E-Class Maintenance Parts

E-Class maintenance is predictable and interval-driven, but the parts list changes with engine family rather than model year. The items below cover a standard service plus the wear parts that come due alongside it.

Filters and service consumables. ASSYST and ASSYST PLUS calculate intervals assuming MB-Approval 229.5 or 229.52 oil and factory-specification filters. Filters follow the engine family, not the model. Order the complete service kit — the oil filter housing O-ring and sump plug crush washer are single-use and the two items most often missing mid-job. Cabin filters in Gulf dust deserve a shorter interval than the book figure. Air filters → · Oil filters → · Service kits →

Brakes. Standard and AMG Line packages take different disc diameters and pad compounds, and AMG models differ again. The wear sensor is a separate part number front and rear and is single-use. On W211 cars with SBC braking, service requires specific procedures — confirm the system before ordering. Mercedes brake pads & rotors → · Brake rotors →

Cooling. On M276 and M278 engines the thermostat housing and plastic distribution pipework sit in the engine vee and seep long before any temperature warning — a sweet smell and a slowly dropping expansion tank are the first evidence. The OM642 diesel has its well-known oil cooler seal failure presenting as oil in the coolant valley. In Gulf conditions hoses and expansion tanks harden well ahead of the European design case. About Mercedes-Benz E-Class Parts

Parts for the E-Class divide by generation before anything else. Identifying the chassis code — W211, W212, W213 and W214 — is the first step in ordering correctly, and facelift revisions within a generation matter as much as the generation change itself.

W211 (2002–2009) — Now a mature platform with a substantial independent service base. The SBC electro-hydraulic braking system on early cars is the defining characteristic and needs specialist attention. Air suspension on AIRMATIC-equipped cars, front control arm bushings and cooling plastics are the recurring items.

W212 (2009–2016) — High volume and heavily represented in the used market. The 2013 facelift changed the front end substantially, so lighting and bumper components differ across the generation. OM642 diesel oil cooler seals and M276 thermostat housings are the known failure points, along with front control arm bushings.

W213 (2016–2023) — The 9G-Tronic across the range, more sophisticated electronics, and the E 300 e plug-in hybrid. Engines span M274, M264, M276 and the OM654 diesel. Driver assistance hardware is model-year specific and revised frequently.

W214 (2023–) — The current car with mild-hybrid assistance across the range. Service parts remain closely tied to model year; VIN confirmation is the only reliable route.

Suspension and AIRMATIC. Front upper and lower control arm bushings are the defining wear item on W211, W212 and W213 alike — a knock over speed bumps first, then vague on-centre steering, then inner-edge tyre wear blamed on alignment. Mercedes supplies most arms complete with bushing and ball joint pressed in, which is the correct repair. On AIRMATIC cars, the struts, valve block and compressor are one system: a leaking strut left in service burns out the compressor by making it run continuously. Replace struts in axle pairs. Control arms → · Shocks & springs → · Air suspension compressors →

Transmission. The 7G-Tronic (722.9) and 9G-Tronic (725.0) are marketed as long-life fill but degrade well ahead of that in Gulf heat. Harsh 1–2 shifts, delay engaging Drive from cold and lock-up shudder around 40–70 km/h are the early signals. The 722.9 conductor plate and its 13-pin connector are a known failure point producing limp mode and selector faults, frequently misread as mechanical gearbox failure. Transmission parts → · Transmission & engine mounts →

Electrical and sensors. Most faults presented as module failures are sensor, earth or connector faults — crankshaft and camshaft position sensors, oxygen sensors, wheel speed sensors, and corroded connectors at the rear lamp clusters and boot lid harness. The ECU calibration is built around the OEM sensor's output curve, so an aftermarket unit reading a few percent off runs the engine permanently compensated without setting a fault code. FAQ

Which E-Class generations do you supply? W211, W212, W213 and W214, across saloon, estate, coupé and cabriolet, including AMG and plug-in hybrid variants.

How do I know which engine my car has? The engine code appears on your VIN record and the engine bay label. Filters, cooling parts and service kits follow the engine family rather than the model year, so it is the most useful detail you can give us.

My coolant drops with no visible leak. On M276 and M278 engines this is typically the thermostat housing or distribution pipework seeping in the vee. It evaporates off a hot engine before it drips — a pressure test finds it.

Gearbox in limp mode — is it serious? On 722.9 cars, frequently the conductor plate or its connector rather than mechanical failure. Diagnose before assuming the worst.

How quickly will my order ship? In-stock orders dispatch from our UAE or USA warehouse with full tracking.

Frequently Asked Questions

    • Genuine Parts: These are the exact components installed at the factory, arriving in the original vehicle manufacturer’s branded packaging (e.g., Porsche or BMW).
    • OEM Parts: These are produced by the same manufacturers that supply the car brands (e.g., Bosch, Brembo, Lemförder) but are sold in the supplier’s own packaging, often at a more competitive price.
    • Aftermarket Parts: These are third-party components designed to meet or exceed original specifications.
