Audi Q3 Parts | Genuine OEM — 8U, F3, RS Q3
OEM Audi Q3 Parts
The Q3 is Audi's compact SUV, built on the transverse MQB platform and sharing extensively with the A3, VW Tiguan and SEAT Ateca of its generation. Our catalogue covers the 8U (2011–2018) and F3 (2018 onward), including the Q3 Sportback and the RS Q3.
Every part is matched to chassis code, engine code and production date. The platform sharing helps availability considerably, but the boundaries between shared and Audi-specific components are not intuitive — send us your VIN and we will confirm before you order.

Generations of the Q3
8U (2011–2018) — The original, with 1.4 and 2.0 TFSI petrol engines, TDI diesels, and the five-cylinder RS Q3. The 2014 facelift revised lighting and front-end components. Recurring work centres on the EA888 integrated water pump and thermostat module, front suspension bushings, and DSG service on dual-clutch cars.
F3 (2018–) — MQB platform with revised electronics, the Sportback body added, and the RS Q3 continuing with the five-cylinder engine. Driver assistance hardware is model-year specific and revised frequently.
About Q3 Parts
Cooling and the EA888 water pump module. The most common failure on this vehicle. On EA888 engines the water pump and thermostat form a single integrated plastic module that seeps from the housing seam long before any temperature warning — the first evidence is usually a sweet smell and a slowly dropping expansion tank rather than a gauge reading. Stay with G13 coolant specification; mixing types causes premature pump seal failure. In Gulf conditions hoses and expansion tanks harden well ahead of the European design case, and radiator stacks block with dust between the fins. Water pumps → · Coolant parts → · Radiators →
The DSG / S tronic transmission. Dual-clutch units on the Q3 carry defined fluid service intervals — they are not lifetime-fill, and they do not tolerate a skipped service the way a torque-converter automatic will absorb one. Jerky low-speed take-up, shudder pulling away from rest, and hesitation between first and second are the early warnings, and a fluid and filter service at that stage costs a fraction of clutch pack or mechatronic work. Wet and dry clutch units take entirely different fluids — confirm which your car carries before ordering. Transmission parts → · Transmission mounts → · Audi engine mounts →
Suspension and steering. MacPherson struts front with, depending on drivetrain, a torsion beam or multi-link rear — front-drive and quattro cars differ here, which is a common ordering error on this model. Front lower control arm bushings and top mounts are the wear items, presenting as a knock over expansion joints and vague on-centre steering, then inner-edge tyre wear misdiagnosed as alignment. A four-wheel alignment is required after any arm is disturbed. Lower control arms → · Shock absorbers → · Wheel hubs & bearings →
Brakes. Specification follows the PR code on the vehicle data sticker rather than the model, and the RS Q3 differs substantially from the standard car. The wear sensor is a separate part number and is single-use — replace it with the pads. Audi brake pads & rotors → · Brake rotors →
Filters and service consumables. Filters follow the engine family rather than the model year — the 1.4 TFSI, EA888 2.0 TFSI, the five-cylinder RS engine and the TDI range all take different elements. Audi's service regime assumes VW 504 00 or 508 00 specification oil. Diesel cars add fuel filter and DPF considerations, and short urban journeys in the Gulf are the duty cycle most likely to cause regeneration problems. Order the complete service kit: the oil filter housing O-ring and sump plug sealing washer are single-use. Air filters → · Oil filters → · Service kits →
Electrical and sensors. Most module-failure complaints resolve to sensor, earth or connector faults. The ECU is calibrated around the OEM sensor's output curve, so an aftermarket unit reading slightly off runs the engine permanently compensated without setting a code. The electromechanical parking brake fault is usually an actuator motor or corroded connector rather than a module, and calipers must be retracted electronically before rear pad service. Genuine Q3 Accessories
We supply genuine and OEM trim, body and lighting components for the Q3 and Q3 Sportback. Lighting and bumper parts differ between 8U and F3 and across the 2014 facelift, and trim numbers are tied to interior colour code and equipment level — send your VIN with any body or trim enquiry. FAQ
My coolant drops with no visible leak. On the EA888, almost always the integrated water pump and thermostat module seeping at the housing seam. It evaporates off a hot engine before it drips.
Do front-drive and quattro Q3s take the same rear suspension parts? No — they use different rear axle designs. Confirm drivetrain before ordering; this is a frequent error on this model.
My car shudders pulling away from rest. On a DSG that is the classic early clutch or fluid signal. Service the fluid and filter now rather than monitoring.
Are Q3 parts the same as A3 or Tiguan parts? Many mechanical items cross-reference across the MQB platform. Body, trim and ride height components differ. Verify by VIN rather than assuming platform sharing means interchangeability.
How quickly will my order ship? In-stock orders dispatch from our UAE or USA warehouse with full tracking.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
- Genuine Parts: These are the exact components installed at the factory, arriving in the original vehicle manufacturer’s branded packaging (e.g., Porsche or BMW).
- OEM Parts: These are produced by the same manufacturers that supply the car brands (e.g., Bosch, Brembo, Lemförder) but are sold in the supplier’s own packaging, often at a more competitive price.
- Aftermarket Parts: These are third-party components designed to meet or exceed original specifications.
