Does this arm actually fit 2013 through 2025 models?
No, it does not. I need to gently correct a very common misconception created by overly broad aftermarket listings. This specific arm (LR078479) is engineered exclusively for the L405 Range Rover (2013–2021) and the L494 Range Rover Sport (2014–2022). The newer, current-generation L460 Range Rover and L461 Range Rover Sport (introduced for the 2022/2023 model years) utilize a completely different, redesigned suspension architecture and require entirely different control arms.
Will this fit all L405 and L494 generation vehicles?
No. Jaguar Land Rover utilizes slightly different arm shapes depending on the vehicle's brake package. This specific arm (LR078479) is curved specifically to clear the massive upgraded Brembo brake calipers (usually painted Red or Black). Standard models without Brembo brakes (typically silver, unpainted calipers) require a slightly different arm (LR078478).
Is this for the Left or Right side of the vehicle?
This specific part number (LR078479 / LR045243) is strictly for the Front Left (Driver Side). The suspension geometry is asymmetrical, meaning you cannot install this on the passenger side. If you need the matching Right side, you must order LR078477.
Do I need a 4-wheel alignment after installing this?
