OEM Mercedes-Benz C-Class Parts

The C-Class is the highest-volume Mercedes saloon and, in service terms, the model that generates the most parts demand across the range. Our catalogue covers the W204, W205 and current W206 generations, across saloon, estate, coupé and cabriolet bodies, plus AMG variants and the C 300 e plug-in hybrid.

Every part is matched to chassis code, engine code and production date. The C-Class carries a particularly wide engine spread — an M274 and an M264 in the same W205 body take different oil filter elements, and the OM654 diesel differs again. Send us your VIN and we will confirm before you order.

Mercedes-Benz C-Class Maintenance Parts

The C-Class runs a fixed maintenance rhythm and most of it is consumables. ASSYST intervals assume factory-specification filters and MB-Approval oil, and the parts below are the ones a scheduled service actually consumes.

Filters and service consumables. ASSYST and ASSYST PLUS calculate intervals assuming MB-Approval 229.5 or 229.52 oil and factory-specification filters. Order the complete service kit rather than individual lines — the oil filter housing O-ring and sump plug crush washer are single-use and the two items most often missing when a job stalls halfway. Cabin filters in Gulf dust deserve a shorter interval than the book figure. Air filters → · Oil filters → · Service kits →

Brakes. Standard and AMG Line packages take different disc diameters and pad compounds; C 43 and C 63 differ again. The wear sensor is a separate part number front and rear and is single-use — replace it with the pads rather than reusing it. Mercedes brake pads & rotors → · Brake rotors →

Cooling. Thermostat housings and plastic coolant pipework seep long before any temperature warning appears — a sweet smell and a slowly falling expansion tank are the first evidence. In Gulf conditions moulded hoses, the expansion tank and the auxiliary electric pump age well ahead of the European design assumption. Replace clamps and O-rings with the hose, and use only the correct MB-Approval coolant. Coolant parts → · Radiators → · Fuel & water pumps →

About Mercedes-Benz C-Class Parts

Parts for the C-Class divide by generation before anything else. Identifying the chassis code — W204, W205 and W206 — is the first step in ordering correctly, and facelift revisions within a generation matter as much as the generation change itself.

W204 (2007–2014) — A mature platform with a large independent service base and steady parts demand. Front control arm bushings, thermostat housings, and on M271 engines the timing chain and tensioner are the recurring items. The 2011 facelift changed front-end components substantially.

W205 (2014–2021) — The volume generation in the current used market, with AIRMATIC offered as an option for the first time on a C-Class. M274 and M264 petrol engines, OM651 and OM654 diesels. Front control arm bushings remain the defining wear item; the 2018 facelift revised lighting and interior electronics.

W206 (2021–) — Mild-hybrid assistance across the range, larger central display, and revised driver assistance hardware that is model-year specific. VIN confirmation is the reliable route on this generation.

Suspension and steering. Front upper and lower control arm bushings are the signature wear item on W204 and W205 — a knock over speed bumps, then vague on-centre steering, then inner-edge tyre wear misdiagnosed as an alignment fault. Mercedes supplies most arms complete with bushing and ball joint pressed in, and that is the correct repair; replacing the bushing alone in a worn arm returns the fault within a year. On AIRMATIC-equipped W205 cars, struts and compressor are a linked system — a leaking strut left in service burns out the compressor. Control arms → · Upper control arms → · Shocks & springs →

Transmission. The 7G-Tronic (722.9) and 9G-Tronic (725.0) degrade well ahead of their long-life billing in Gulf heat. Harsh 1–2 shifts, delay engaging Drive from cold and lock-up shudder around 40–70 km/h are the signals to service rather than monitor. The 722.9 conductor plate and its 13-pin connector are a known failure point producing limp mode and selector faults that get misread as mechanical failure. Check the transmission mount alongside — a failed mount produces a driveline clunk that mimics a gearbox fault. Transmission parts → · Transmission & engine mounts →

Electrical and sensors. Most faults presented as module failures are sensor, earth or connector faults — position sensors, oxygen sensors, wheel speed sensors, and corroded connectors at the rear lamp clusters and boot harness. The ECU is calibrated around the OEM sensor's output curve, so an aftermarket unit reading slightly off runs the engine permanently compensated without setting a code. FAQ

Which C-Class generations do you supply? W204, W205 and W206, across saloon, estate, coupé and cabriolet, including AMG and plug-in hybrid variants.

My car knocks over speed bumps. Almost always a front control arm bushing. Inexpensive relative to the tyre wear and alignment problems it causes if left, and Mercedes supplies the arm complete.

How do I know which engine my car has? The engine code appears on your VIN record and the engine bay label. Filters and cooling parts follow the engine family rather than the model year.

Does my W205 have AIRMATIC? It was optional rather than standard. If it does, the struts and compressor are a linked system and should be diagnosed together — send us the VIN to confirm.

How quickly will my order ship? In-stock orders dispatch from our UAE or USA warehouse with full tracking.

Frequently Asked Questions

    • Genuine Parts: These are the exact components installed at the factory, arriving in the original vehicle manufacturer’s branded packaging (e.g., Porsche or BMW).
    • OEM Parts: These are produced by the same manufacturers that supply the car brands (e.g., Bosch, Brembo, Lemförder) but are sold in the supplier’s own packaging, often at a more competitive price.
    • Aftermarket Parts: These are third-party components designed to meet or exceed original specifications.
